Kundalini Yoga: The Power of the Breath
This transformative training immerses you in the powerful practice of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini yoga is a dynamic practice that integrates movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation, and deep relaxation. Known as the “yoga of awareness,” It is designed to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, and awaken higher consciousness.
Open to students from all backgrounds, this training is a path of personal transformation and provides the tools that yoga teachers need to bring this form of yoga into their classes.
In this teacher training, you will:
• Explore kriyas (yogic sets), meditations, and mantras designed to unlock energy and elevate consciousness
• Learn the philosophy and principles behind this holistic and time-tested system
• Explore yogic anatomy, the chakra system, and the power of sound (naad yoga)
• Learn the art and science of teaching, with practical tools to guide students safely and authentically
• Experience profound personal growth, healing, and the cultivation of your intuitive wisdom

Yoga and Qigong: The Dance of Heaven and Earth

Join this unique training that blends the strength and flexibility of yoga with the flowing grace of Qigong. Through breathwork, movement, and meditation, you’ll learn to balance yin and yang, heaven and earth, sun and moon—creating a unified practice rooted in awareness and vitality.
Rooted in ancient wisdom, Yoga and Qigong are sacred paths up the same mountain, leading to the radiant summit of higher consciousness. When practiced together, they create a powerful synergy that balances yin and yang, heaven and earth, sun and moon, strength and surrender.
Through breathwork, flowing movement, and meditation, you’ll explore the Taoist principle of wu wei—“effortless action”—bringing fluidity and ease to your yoga flow sequences while cultivating deep energetic awareness.

You will learn:

• Breathing techniques to enhance and direct life force (prana/qi)
• Golden Lotus, Swimming Dragon, and other Qigong forms to open the meridians
• Meditative Vinyasa sequences grounded in mindful awareness
• Meridian tapping to awaken the 14 channels, six energy gates, and three energy centers
• Concentration practices to support mental clarity and inner stillness
• Ways to combine these two sacred moving arts into a unified class.
